Kato Milia High was founded in 2011.

Is a state school which offers secondary general education for  16-18 years old students. The staff counts 16 teachers.

Students mostly come from rural families and they are residents of eleven (11)  villages on mount Pieria.

The cooperation of the two schools   in the areas of education, culture, volunteering and environment and the exchange program hold unquestionable benefits by giving the opportunity to students to broaden their horizons, to create bonds of friendship  and be the ambassadors of their culture.

The Athénée de Luxembourg is a classical Luxembourg state lycée which offers all levels of
education in all sections available in Luxembourg. The Athénée of Luxembourg is also an IB World school offering 7 years of studies and the International Baccalaureate Diploma.

Throughout its 415 years of existence, the Athénée de Luxembourg has taken particular pride in fostering and promoting its humanist values and traditions based on the ideal of human excellence as envisioned by the ancient Athenians.

The Athénée of Luxembourg is the only luxembourgish state school that has its own Government accredited development NGO ("Athénée -Action Humanitaire asbl") and has a multitude of highly qualified and dedicated teaching staff who will actively contribute to the project.
